SALES CAT B2B/INDUSTRI & PROJECT- GLOMAX

Kualifikasi

- Pendidikan Minimun D3/S1 Dibidang Teknik/Bisnis/Marketing

- Min.3 tahun berpengalaman sebagai Sales Project & Sales B2B/Industri (Wood & Non Wood Coating ) Produk Cat seperti Plastic Coating, Metal Coating, Drum Coating.

- Memiliki pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang produk cat terkini, mengetahui berbagai jenis cat,fitur,aplikasi, dan pilihan warna

- Memiliki Chanel yang luas dan Database/Link Customer, Kontraktor, Aplikator, Arsitek, Design Interior, Konsultan dan lain lain untuk target market cat.

- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, presentasi dan Negosiasi yang baik

- Memiliki motivasi yang tinggi, jujur, teliti, ulet, disiplin serta dapat bertanggung jawab

- Memiliki SIM A / SIM C

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

- Memenuhi target penjualan

- Melakukan kunjungan ke costumer

- Mampu mengidentifikasi masalah complain dari customer dan memberikan Solusi serta berkoordinasi dengan pihak – pihak terkait

- Selain memberikan informasi teknis dan product knowledge, sanggup untuk melakukan penjualan ke proyek perumahan baik B2B (kontraktor, pengembang, aplikator ) atau B2C (owner, arsitek,designer).

- Melakukan Presentasi terkait produk

- Mendapatkan Project & costumer baru (B2B/Industri)

- Melaporkan kegiatan harian dengan data yang akurat
