PT Alam Alsahara Indonesia (Sahara.id) is expanding, and we are looking for someone who is not only able to maintain relationships but also capable of creating new business opportunities and driving sustainable revenue growth.

What You'll Do
* Develop and execute business growth strategies
* Build strong relationships with Oil & Gas operators, drilling contractors, EPC companies, service companies, and government institutions
* Generate new business opportunities and expand market presence
* Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and tender activities
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution
* Manage key accounts and identify opportunities for repeat business
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Commercial, or Account Management
* Strong network within the Oil & Gas, Energy, Geothermal, or Industrial sectors
* Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth
* Experience handling tenders, commercial proposals, and contract negotiations
* Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken
* Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
