Job Descriptions:
- Develop strategic partnerships with institutions, communities, and professional networks to expand property sales opportunities.
- Execute property sales and marketing activities through partnership channels to increase sales volume and closing rates.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with business partners to ensure effective and sustainable collaborations.
- Identify and approach potential partners to expand sales channels and increase property sales opportunities.
- Conduct presentations, negotiations, and follow-up activities with stakeholders and strategic partners to establish successful business collaborations.
- Develop and implement business development strategies and sales channels to support market expansion and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any majors would be preferable
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in property developer/real estate industry) and in the same level
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Customer Service Orientation
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Strength in problem solving, good negotiation, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Willing to be placed in Kota Harapan Indah, Kota Bekasi
