About the Role

As an Auto Parts Sales Specialist at KZMALL, you are the bridge between our high-tech digital supply chain and the repair shops that keep the world moving. You won’t just be selling parts; you will be acting as a consultant to our clients, leveraging our advanced database and logistics network to provide accurate, timely solutions. You will be responsible for building long-term relationships, driving revenue, and ensuring our customers receive the seamless digital experience that defines the KZMALL brand.

Key Responsibilities

Consultative Sales: Manage a portfolio of accounts, proactively identifying customer needs and recommending the best automotive parts solutions through our platform.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with repair shops, fleet managers, and independent mechanics.

Technical Expertise: Utilize our internal database and AI-driven tools to assist clients in identifying the correct parts for complex vehicle repairs.

Market Growth: Actively prospect new leads, follow up on platform inquiries, and expand KZMALL’s footprint in your assigned territory.

Digital Integration: Guide customers on how to maximize their efficiency using our digital procurement platform, troubleshooting issues, and gathering feedback for product improvement.

Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years of experience in automotive parts sales, service, or a related B2B account management role.

Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of automotive components, repair processes, and the aftermarket landscape.

Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to translate technical automotive needs into clear, persuasive sales conversations.

Tech Proficiency: Comfortable working with CRM software, digital order-management platforms, and basic data entry tools.

Mindset: A "hunter" mentality—self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Automotive Technology is a plus.

Language: Will prioritise Mandarin speaking candidates
