We are a growing fashion retail company seeking enthusiastic and professional SPGs (Sales Promotion Girls) to join our team. Your main responsibility is to provide excellent customer service, assist customers in finding the right products, and maintain the store’s appearance to ensure an attractive shopping environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly manner.
- Provide product information, fashion trends, and ongoing promotions.
- Assist customers in choosing sizes, colors, and styles.
- Maintain cleanliness and neatness of the display area.
- Achieve sales targets set by the company.
- Prepare daily reports on sales and stock.
Qualifications
- Female
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Attractive appearance, communicative, and confident.
- Strong interest in fashion and retail.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Must be domiciled in Bali.
- Previous experience as SPG or in fashion retail is a plus.
- Willing to work in shifts.
