Job description for Sales Assistant (Mandarin Speaker) at PT vivo Mobile Indonesia
- Responsible for document translation from Chinese to English or indonesia and vice versa
- Responsible for daily oral translation between the department manager and local staff or local business partners
- Responsible for arranging team activities, such as weekly meeting, or monthly meeting.
- Maintain a good relationship with the dealers, and follow their needs.
- Administration work for division such as make a reimbursement form, office request form, etc.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or above in any major
- Fresh Graduate or Minimum 1 - 2 year working experience as assistant or admin
- Proficient in English and Mandarin both oral and written communication. ( Overseas study experience in China is a plus point )
- Have good interpersonal, cooperation, and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong self-motivation to learn
- A result-oriented, detail-oriented, patient & responsive person
