Job description for Sales Assistant (Mandarin Speaker) at PT Indonesia Fourt Powertrain Technology
Requirements:
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin Chinese (this is a mandatory requirement)
- Proficiency in English is a strong advantage
- Skilled in using common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, ERP)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Preferred to be live in the eastern area of Jakarta (e.g.,Cakung,Cibubur,Bekasi,etc)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative duties in the office
- Assist the company leader with assigned tasks
- Prepare and submit monthly reports
- Creating Sales Orders, Delivery Orders & Invoices for Reseller
- Ensuring that every pre-booked order is shipped immediately after the goods arrive
- Following up on outstanding invoice payments
- Filing Documents including: Invoices, Delivery Notes / Receipts, SO & PO (if any)
