1. Male/Female, maximum age 35 years old.
2. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major, preferably in Marketing, Business, or Communication.
3. Well-groomed, confident, and highly communicative.
4. Fluent in English (spoken and written).
5. Holds a valid SIM A (car driving license) and able to drive a car confidently.
6. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a persuasive approach.
7. High motivation, discipline, and ready to work under a target-driven environment.
8. Willing to work door to door and engage directly with potential customers.
9. Able to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
10. Honest, proactive, and result-oriented.
