Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :
- Menyusun konsep dan strategi marketing bulanan dan tahunan
- Menyusun strategi branding awareness product
- Menyusun strategi digital marketing dan konvensional
- Melakukan market penetration
- Menyusun dan menyesuaikan program marketing
- Membangun networking yang luas, membangun relasi, dan mengembangkan brand
- Membuka jaringan untuk pemasaran export & lokal
Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan min. S1 semua jurusan
- Berpengalaman min. 3 tahun di posisi yang sama
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai marketing export
- Memiliki kemampuan analisa riset pasar
- Mampu berbahasa Inggris lisan dan tulisan (aktif)
- Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan yang kuat, dapat bekerja sama dengan tim
- Bertanggung jawab terhadap pengelolaan pemasaran termasuk pemeliharaan market share dan melakukan ekspansi pasar
- Komunikatif, kreatif, inovatif, dan inisiatif
- Penempatan: Jawa Timur - Plant Surabaya
