We Are Hiring – Sales & Marketing Engineer
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Engineer to join our team.
Requirements:
- Preferred educational background: Bachelor’s degree in engineering/business/sales & marketing/commerce.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B industrial sales, with proven experience in selling generator set units or other industrial equipment.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing, with the ability to deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills and presentation abilities.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Willing to travel across Indonesia to meet customers, develop the market & gather market insights.
- Based in Jakarta.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market analysis, develop strategies, and create action plans to identify business opportunities, customer needs, and potential projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to expand business opportunities and support sales growth.
- Prepare sales proposals based on customer requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding specifications, pricing, and delivery
- Conduct regular customer visits, follow up enquiries, and support project discussions
- Achieve sales targets and provide regular sales updates to management
