In line with our expansion, we are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about the crypto space to join our team as Business Development Manager.
Responsibility:
- Identify and drive new client acquisition
- Qualify leads from different sources as viable sales opportunities
- Present the company to prospective clients
- Identify client requirements and channel them to the relevant team
- Establish long-term relationships with the clients
- Seek new business opportunities in the market proactively
- Build leads by leveraging knowledge of business trends and competitors, and recommending solutions for clients’ business needs
- Manage a pipeline of prospects using a CRM (customer relationship management) system like Salesforce to track activities and monitor progress
- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner and client outreach and relationship management
- Report on successes and areas needing improvements
- Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Minimum qualification :
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 2 years experience in B2B Sales & Account Management
- Proficient in CRM Tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, or equivalent)
- Good understanding of PM software (eg. Asana)
- Good written and spoken command of English
- Good communication skills
- Good organisation skills
- Have a strong interest in blockchain technology
