Key Responsibilities
• Drive advertising revenue through direct sales of ad inventory
• Identify and acquire new clients (Production Houses, Brands, Agencies)
• Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Develop proposals and pitch advertising solutions to clients
• Manage end-to-end sales process: from prospecting, pitching, closing, to execution and monitoring
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery
• Provide market insights to improve ads products and monetization strategy
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development
• Background in creative agency, media, or digital advertising is preferred
• Strong network with Production Houses, Brands, or Agencies
• Proven track record in achieving sales or revenue targets
• Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with performance-based incentives
