Job description for Sales Administration Officer (Client Site) at Tata Motors Indonesia
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain sales documents and administrative records.
- Process customer orders and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding order processing and vehicle delivery.
- Monitor order status and provide regular updates to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues.
- Maintain customer databases and prepare sales reports.
- Support the Sales team in daily administrative activities.
- Ensure timely filing and documentation of all customer-related records.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Sales Manager.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Good command of English is an advantage.
- Preferably female (not disclose to job portal)
- Willing to work on-site in East Jakarta.
