About the role

Sales Operations Admin yang akan berperan penting dalam memastikan kelancaran operasional tim sales, mulai dari pengelolaan data, transaksi, hingga koordinasi dengan agen dan pihak eksternal. Peran ini tidak hanya administratif, tetapi juga membutuhkan kemampuan komunikasi dan problem-solving yang baik untuk mendukung performa tim secara keseluruhan.

Job Deskripsi

  1. Mengelola dan memastikan akurasi data penjualan (harian, mingguan, bulanan) serta laporan transaksi
  2. Menghitung komisi penjualan dan memantau proses pencairannya secara end-to-end
  3. Menyiapkan dan mengelola dokumen transaksi, termasuk invoice properti
  4. Mengelola database calon pembeli dan mendukung kebutuhan follow-up tim sales
  5. Berkomunikasi aktif dengan agen dan tim sales terkait kebutuhan operasional, kendala, dan update proyek
  6. Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal dan pihak eksternal (developer, partner, dll) untuk memastikan proses transaksi berjalan lancar
  7. Mendukung kebutuhan operasional tim sales lainnya, termasuk event, campaign, dan aktivitas lapangan

Kriteria:

  1. Min. lulusan Diploma/S1 di bidang Administrasi, Manajemen, Akuntansi, atau jurusan terkait
  2. Memiliki pengalaman di bidang administrasi sales / sales support / operations menjadi nilai tambah
  3. Teliti, terorganisir, dan memiliki attention to detail yang tinggi
  4. Memiliki pemahaman dasar terkait keuangan, komisi, atau transaksi (property experience is a plus)
  5. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, termasuk berinteraksi dengan agen dan pihak eksternal
  6. Mampu berpikir logis, analitis, dan memiliki problem-solving mindset
  7. Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (termasuk fungsi dasar hingga menengah)
  8. Mampu berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris (lisan & tulisan)
  9. Bersedia bekerja on-site di Jakarta Selatan

About the team

You will be joining the Mortgage Operations & Brokerage Support team, a core function that ensures seamless mortgage processing and brokerage transaction execution. The team collaborates closely with internal teams, banks, CS, and Agents to manage pipelines, uphold SLA commitments, and maintain high data accuracy.

You will focus on supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring data accuracy, and assisting in transaction coordination. You are expected to be responsive, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently with multiple stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly.
