Who we're looking for:
Wellous Vietnam is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Admin Intern to support daily sales operations and coordination activities. This role is suitable for candidates who want to gain hands-on experience in sales administration, inventory tracking, order management, and internal operational systems.
What You Do:
● Update and manage selling prices
● Calculate and monitor stock balance
● Process product orders and follow up progress
● Forecast upcoming orders and stock demand
● Learn and operate internal system
● Control vouchers, gifts, and customer claims
● Monitor dealer orders and delivery progress
● Coordinate with courier companies for shipment follow-up
● Support other sales admin tasks as assigned.
What We Need:
● Good communication and coordination skills
● Basic Excel / Google Sheets skills
● Strong attention to detail and accuracy
● Fluent in English
● Good organizational and time management skills
● Ability to multitask and follow up tasks independently
● Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
