Job description for Sales Admin Executive - $2300-$3100 - Automotive at Uni Recruit (singapore) Pte Ltd

Job Responsibilities:
Sales Support
- Handle all sales related documents (E.g. Creating Sales Contracts. generating invoices, credit notes, diplomatic clause letters & other necessary documents)
- Attend to sales enquiry via emails and phone calls
- Assist Sales Team with administrative support especially when the Sales Team is out for sales calls during office hours
- Assist Sales Executive to correspond with clients over telephone or emails when required
- Franking mails
- Support Sales Team Lead in generating price list
- Ensure correctness of invoices and documents
- Work with Finance to ensure timely payments
- Collate required documents for legal proceedings
General Admin Support
- In charge of the company's stationery and toners
- Liaise with the suppliers
- Minutes taking for Operations and Departmental meetings
- Admin support to GM and Sales Team Lead
- Perform any ad-hoc assignments as required
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Min. Diploma
- Good telephone etiquette
- Possess strong interpersonal, communications and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
