Job description for Sales Account Manager (IT Asset Solutions) at French Chamber Of Commerce In Singapore
On behalf of one of its clients in the software industry, the French Chamber of Commerce is looking for a Sales Account Manager (IT Asset Solutions)
The Sales Manager is responsible for developing the business line of IT asset management solutions among corporate segments. This includes prospecting, qualifying and onboarding new accounts, identifying leads, nurturing and closing opportunities within new and existing customers, and developing relationship with accounts.
This position is a great opportunity for a candidate with strong business acumen willing to get his hands on and to develop a business line in the high growth area of IT asset management services.
Responsibilities
- Business development, prospection, qualification and acquisition of new accounts
- Account management and development of existing customers
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities Plan and execute marketing activities to support sales (campaigns, events, etc.)
- Develop relationships within accounts at all relevant levels
- Update all information in the CRM system
- Understand customer drivers and propose attractive solutions
- Coordinate internally to deliver offers, negotiate and close deals Visit and support accounts when necessary
- Follow-up to make sure service is properly delivered
Requirements
• Experience in sales account management within IT industry
• Expertise in business development for professional products or services
• Ability to sell to both technical and senior level executives
• Aptitude to build strong account relationship at all level of organisation
• Excellent proficiency and ease in computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Internet)
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Focus on business results and numbers
