Job description for Roadshow Sales & Events at Vision Organisation

If you’re money-motivated, confident talking to people, and not scared of rejection, this role is for you. This is a front-line sales role with heavy outdoor work, real targets, and real growth.

You’ll be out meeting clients, pitching, following up, and closing deals — not just “supporting” sales.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Outdoor sales: visit prospects, pitch products/services, and close deals

  • Build your own pipeline through cold outreach, walk-ins, and referrals

  • Follow up with leads and convert them into paying customers

  • Hit sales targets and track performance

  • Support marketing campaigns that help drive leads

  • Maintain relationships with clients and partners


Who You Are

  • Recent graduate (any field — sales mindset > degree)

  • Comfortable talking to strangers and handling rejection

  • Hungry, competitive, and results-driven

  • Energetic and willing to work outdoors

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
