RF Post-Processing & Cluster Optimization Engineer
We are seeking an experienced RF Post-Processing & Cluster Optimization Engineer to support remote network optimization activities from Indonesia.
The role focuses on analyzing drive test logs, identifying network issues, conducting root cause analysis, providing optimization recommendations, and preparing cluster-level reports.
## Key Responsibilities
- Review and post-process drive test log files
- Analyze 2G, 4G, and 5G SA/NSA network performance
- Identify coverage, quality, mobility, interference, and service-related issues
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend practical optimization actions
- Prepare structured cluster analysis and optimization reports
- Support site and cluster acceptance documentation
- Coordinate with the project team on issue tracking and reporting follow-up
## Requirements
- Hands-on experience in RF analysis or optimization for 2G, 4G, and 5G SA/NSA networks
- Strong understanding of VoLTE; VoNR experience is an advantage
- Nokia network experience is mandatory
- Proficiency with XCAP, TEMS Investigation, Nemo, or similar post-processing tools
- Experience in drive test analysis, cluster optimization, cluster reporting, and site acceptance
- Ability to identify root causes and provide clear, actionable recommendations
- Good written English and report-preparation skills
- Willing to work remotely from Indonesia
- Able to adapt to project-specific processes and reporting formats
## Work Arrangement
- Remote work from Indonesia
- Project-based or contract-based engagement
- No field drive test execution required
- Regular coordination with project stakeholders
## Preferred Candidate
The ideal candidate has practical RF optimization and post-processing experience in a Nokia network environment. The candidate should be comfortable analyzing drive test logs, conducting RCA, and producing clear reports that support further optimization activities.
