Job description for Revenue Manager at Tasvan Group Bali
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop overall revenue strategy across all properties
• Define pricing, rate positioning, and distribution strategy (OTA & OFTA)
• Optimize performance on OTA platforms
• Monitor and improve key KPIs: Occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR
• Analyze market trends, demand, and competitor performance
• Lead revenue setup during pre-opening phase (pricing, rate plans, systems)
• Ensure rate parity, inventory control, and channel optimization
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing, Guest Experience, and Finance teams
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and identify revenue growth opportunities
Requirements :
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Revenue Management / E-Commerce in hospitality
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth and optimizing performance
• Strong understanding of OTA platforms and distribution channels (OTA & OFTA)
• Experience in pricing strategy, forecasting, and market analysis
• Familiar with PMS, channel manager, and revenue tools
• Strong analytical, strategic, and commercial mindset
• Leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience in pre-opening projects is a plus
• Fluent in English
