Job description for Revenue Manager at Kozystay
Kozystay is a fast-growing middle to high-end property management start-up focusing on short term rental. Kozy is looking for motivated individuals with high potential to join the team. We offer fast career progression potential with good company culture. We are currently looking for a Revenue manager who will help us with our day-to-day operations. He/she will be responsible for increasing and maintaining sales/occupancy of the company and involves interacting with guests and property owners.
The job responsibilities include:
- Lead Kozy’s marketing initiative through social media and direct relationship with corporates and/or foreign embassies
- Prepare creative marketing campaigns to increase revenue
- Maximise revenue and property occupancy through seasonality analysis, identifying new sales channels, etc
- Conduct feasibility studies on properties to be managed by Kozystay, determine pricing strategy, partnership structure, etc
- Set-up website listings (airbnb, booking, etc) for newly onboarded properties and maintain distribution channel data integrity
- Evaluating trends in the economy and hospitality industry
- Conduct competitive and demand analysis
- Maintain relationship with guests and property owners
- Data collection and management
- Manage digital marketing i.e. social media
- Prepare monthly reports for stakeholders
Applicants for this position are expected to have the following skills and requirements:
- Previous managerial position
- Familiar with graphic design (photoshop, canva, etc) and enjoys social media
- Prior experience in hospitality industry is preferred
- Process-driven to the very detail and organized
- Sociable and outspoken, willing to interact with guests
- Flexible working hours, willing to work during weekend and public holiday
- Willing to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast pace environment
- Having excellent interpersonal skill
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Willing to relocate (out of Jakarta)
