About Us
We are the official representative of BMAI and COROS in Singapore, operating under Pangu Running. As a specialized sports retail store, we are dedicated to equipping runners with the best performance footwear and smart sports gear. We are looking for an experienced and driven retail professional to elevate our in-store experience, represent top-tier sports brands, and drive business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Expert Consultation & Sales: Provide expert-level product advice, gait analysis, or gear matching for customers. Consistently drive and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Operational Excellence: Independently manage daily store operations, including accurate transactions via the EPOS system, handling complex customer inquiries or service recoveries, and executing efficient opening/closing procedures.
- Inventory & Merchandising: Oversee stock accuracy, manage efficient inventory replenishment, and maintain premium visual merchandising standards across the store.
- Team & Community Leadership: Serve as a role model for part-time staff. Cultivate and deepen relationships with VIP customers, store members, and partner running communities (such as the Zephyr Club) to build brand loyalty.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of solid retail sales experience. A background in the sports, footwear, or wellness industry is highly advantageous.
- Sales-Driven: Proven track record of hitting sales KPIs and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of running mechanics, footwear technologies, and sports wearables (e.g., GPS watches).
- Operational Skills: Proficient in retail POS systems (experience with EPOS is a bonus) and inventory management. Bilingual proficiency is a strong plus to effectively communicate with a diverse local customer base.
Availability: Able to commit to standard retail shift hours, including weekends and public holidays.
