Retail Sales Assistant

We are looking for a fashionable, confident and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our boutique retail team. You should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, keep up with the latest fashion trends and approach every task with a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store and boutique operations.
• Attend to customers’ needs and enquiries.
• Provide friendly and personalised product recommendations.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately.
• Contribute towards achieving individual and store sales targets.
• Support simple social media content creation and product demonstrations.
• Participate in occasional photos, videos and livestream sessions.
• Support store events, product launches and promotional activities.
• Maintain a clean, organised and visually appealing retail environment.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least one year of relevant experience in the fashion or retail industry.
• Well-groomed with a strong interest in fashion and the latest trends.
• Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Able to multitask while remaining attentive to customers.
• Flexible and responsive to the operational needs of the business.
• Comfortable appearing in photos, videos or livestreams, or willing to learn.
• Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays.
• Strong team player who can also take initiative and work independently.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
