Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring the store is well presented at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Handle cashiering, POS system, and payment transactions accurately
Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and stock displays
Assist with stock receiving, replenishment, and inventory checks
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and basic after-sales service
Support promotions, sales events, and store activities
Follow company policies and operational procedures
Requirements
Minimum secondary education or equivalent
Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage
Able to communicate in English (Mandarin/Chinese is a plus, if needed)
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
Sales-driven, responsible, and willing to learn
Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
