Job Description
• Oversee daily management of store and key store activities under management's directives
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive shopping environment consistent with our brand image
• Establish regular contacts with existing and potential customers, maintaining healthy customer relationships
• Mentor retail part-timers and ensure proper SOPs are followed
• Assign tasks to retail part-timers and offer constructive feedback where needed to help improve the team and overall productivity
• Assist in managing store inventory and stock transfers internally & externally
• Maintains excellent store environment and make improvements where needed
• Works closely with managers on sales activities and customer feedback
• Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
• 5 days work week including both weekends
• Singaporeans & PRs welcome. Malaysians and other foreign applicants welcome to apply. Work pass sponsorship available for exceptional candidates
• Minimum 1 year experience in retail roles (part-time experience accepted)
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills
• Fluent in English. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus
• Passion for home & lifestyle products is a plus
• Good team player, pleasant personality, service oriented, positive attitude to learning new skill sets
