With over 22,000 square feet of designer displays showcasing the finest Italian home furnishings, we provide an environment where style and sophistication meet. As we continue to grow and expand our presence, we are looking for a Sales Promoter and Retail Associate who will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service and creating memorable shopping experiences for our customers.
The Sales Promoter and Retail Associate will play a key role in supporting sales initiatives and enhancing customer engagement within our showrooms. Responsibilities include assisting customers with product selections, maintaining an attractive and organized display area, promoting special offers and events, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve store targets. This position also involves conducting ground promotions, managing online and channel promotions, and providing excellent customer service throughout the shopping journey. The ideal candidate will be proactive in driving sales, building relationships with clients, and contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Candidates must have an SMA/SMK education level and between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience in sales or retail. Proficiency in Ground Promotion, Customer Service, Teamwork, Microsoft Excel, Sales and Marketing, Communication Skills, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office, Online Promotion, and Channel Promotion is essential.
