We are Viskal – a third-party hiring partner. We’re looking for Sales Executive in Penebel, Tabanan, Bali.
Job Description
- Develop and maintain relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, and other HORECA clients.
- Identify and approach potential customers to increase sales and business opportunities.
- Conduct sales visits, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain good relationships with local communities, traditional leaders, and relevant stakeholders to support business operations, licensing, and partnerships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client needs.
- Prepare sales reports and achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Male/Female, preferably domiciled in Badung or Tabanan.
- Preferably Balinese or familiar with the local culture and community.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Confident meeting clients and conducting field visits.
- Have a valid driving license (SIM C/SIM A) and own transportation.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Good at communication in English
Location preferred: Badung / Tabanan, Bali
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Rp2.000.000 – Rp2.500.000/month
- Success Fee / Sales Incentive based on performance
