Job description for Restaurant Reservations Assistant at Burnt Ends Restaurant

We are looking for a Restaurant Reservations Assistant who aids the Managers by completing administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner. Providing support with skill and professionalism, this role will include a wide variety of administrative functions.

Working hours: Tuesday-Saturday

JOB SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, copying, emailing, answering and responding to telephone calls and messages, as well as coordinates schedules and appointments
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
Submit and follow through with requests
Arrange for office equipment or technical support
Support with data gathering and communication for the execution of projects or events
