The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant while ensuring exceptional guest experiences for both restaurant and guesthouse visitors. This role manages restaurant performance, service standards, staff development, and operational efficiency, while maintaining close coordination with the Guesthouse team to ensure seamless hospitality experiences.
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery.Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and maintain high hospitality standards.
- Lead, train, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff.
- Maintain service quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Coordinate closely with the Kitchen, Bar, and Guesthouse teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner.
- Monitor inventory, purchasing requirements, and cost control.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Prepare operational reports, sales reports, and performance evaluations for management.
