🍣 We're Hiring: Restaurant Manager – kinshamo Japanese Restaurant

📍 Location: Jakarta Area

🖊️ Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.

- Lead, supervise, and develop restaurant staff to maintain high service standards.

- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve business targets.

- Ensure excellent guest experience and handle customer feedback professionally.

- Manage staffing, scheduling, attendance, and overall workforce planning.

- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of restaurant employees.

- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain operational excellence.

- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and company standards.

- Monitor inventory, operational costs, and restaurant profitability.

🔎 Requirements:

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager, Outlet Manager, or similar leadership role.

- Mandatory experience in Japanese dining, Japanese restaurant, omakase restaurant, or izakaya concepts.

- Strong understanding of Japanese hospitality (Omotenashi) and restaurant operations.

- Experienced in managing teams, recruitment, scheduling, and people management.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Customer-oriented with excellent service mindset.

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

- Willing to work on-site and be based in Jakarta.
