Job description for Residential Inspection Manager / Supervisor (3 Month Project) at Inspeksi Rumah Indonesia
Qualifications
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) / Diploma (D3) / Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Engineering, or any other relevant major.
- 5–10 years experience as a site manager/supervisor/project manager, with specific expertise in residential houses and boarding houses structural inspections.
- Possess relevant technical or engineering certifications.
- Strong background in construction, project supervision, Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), site engineering, or supervisory consultancy will be highly prioritized.
- Proven capability in Strategic Leadership, Project Overview, and Team Management to effectively lead regional inspector teams.
- Understanding of residential building construction standards, NDT tools, working drawings, construction materials, and the ability to sharply identify building defects and potential risks.
- Proven ability to build operational systems, establish standardized workflows for field inspectors, and develop mitigation strategies based on field cases
- Proficient in operating Microsoft Office or Google Workspace for data analysis on team performance and managerial reporting.
- Advanced and persuasive communication skills, leadership, guide internal teams and manage high-level client complaint escalations or negotiations (problem-solving).
- Nice to Have: Background experience as a Site Manager, Senior Construction QA/QC, Construction Expert/Pakar, or Interior Consultant.
Responsibilities
- Lead the inspector team, output quality of active inspectors, and develop optimized operational workflows within the inspection division.
- Formulate, evaluate, and continuously update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and inspection standards for PT Inspeksi Rumah Indonesia.
- Act as the final gatekeeper for Quality Assurance (QA) / Quality Control (QC) to evaluate the field team's output and ensure data accuracy in technical reports before they are dispatched to customers.
- Improve the technical reporting system to minimize client complaints and customer trust indicators.
- Provide professional technical consultancy to BOD Inspeksi Rumah Indonesia, particularly during managerial-level escalations or critical complaints.
- modules (On-the-Job Training), periodic competency evaluations, and professional development programs for inspectors to maintain the company’s service quality standards.
Additional
- Have a driver's license (SIM C / SIM A) and a personal vehicle for high mobility and field oversight.
- Willing to conduct occasional on-site field inspections and audits as required.
