Job description for Reservation Staff at Veranda Hotels & Residences
As our Reservation, you will:
- Responsible for promoting listings of vacant properties, getting viewings, bookings, sales, creating and updating catalogs/ads property-related groups
- Manage and respond to guests enquiries
- Manage reservation, internal and agents booking calendar
- Ensure the Property reaches maximum occupancy and returns through efficient room allocations, accurate monitoring and inspection of bookings in the reservations system
Requirements:
- Minimum. Diploma or Bachelors degree or equivalent in Hotel Management or related field.
- Strong at OTA and Offline Agent, Reservation knowledge, Upselling service knowledge
- Excellent in English, written and spoken
- Computer and internet savvy
- Detail oriented and able to work as a team
