WE ARE HIRING

RESERVATION STAFF

We are a dynamic travel agency based in Bali currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented reservation staff to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS:

Male/Female max. 25 years old
Minimum 1 year of experience in reservations (travel agent / hospitality preferred)
Good command of English (spoken and written), French speaking preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bookings
Familiar with reservation systems and Microsoft Office
Positive attitude and team player

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle booking requests (hotels, tours, transfers, etc.)
Coordinate with suppliers and partners
Prepare confirmations
Ensure accuracy of reservation details
Provide excellent customer service
