Job description for Research & Education Lead at PT. Kata Suhu Kita
The Lead of Education (Product, Quality & Operation) is a strategic role that acts as the “Brain of Learning Product” at SUHU. The main responsibility is to build a standardized training product system and portfolio while ensuring consistent quality and class execution.
Core Responsibilities
1. Product R&D and Standardization (Strategic)
Design, build, and package SUHU’s training product portfolio (IT & Non-IT) into a clear Product Menu.
Develop the blueprint for Public Class Pilot (online/offline) as the launch model for new products.
Run Internal Product Hackathon programs as an innovation hub for product development.
Conduct benchmarking and market research to define product themes and positioning.
2. Quality Management (QA/QC System)
Establish curriculum standards, material formats, and delivery guidelines for all internal & external trainers.
Review, validate, and conduct quality control before training materials are used in class.
Develop a data-driven system for trainer evaluation, participant feedback, and continuous improvement.
Create templates and guidelines for Trainer ToR to ensure alignment in direction and learning objectives across all training sessions.
3. Learning Operation Oversight (Execution)
Coordinate with the Learning Operation Officer and General Affairs team to ensure all training execution aspects (materials, trainers, logistics, documentation) meet standards.
Ensure commercial and in-house trainings are implemented according to the approved learning design.
Supervise post-training evaluation & improvement loops to maintain service quality consistency.
4. SME & Trainer Development (People & Collaboration)
Collaborate with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Principal Project Managers in developing materials and product innovations.
Curate and build an External Trainer Pool to minimize last-minute recruitment and ensure high delivery quality.
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align product promotion and execution strategies.
Qualifications
Pengalaman di bidang Instructional Design, Training Design, Curriculum Development, Product R&D, atau Learning Product Management (lebih diutamakan dari industri Training / EduTech).
Terbiasa menyusun kurikulum, silabus, dan panduan pembelajaran untuk dewasa (adult learning).
Memiliki kemampuan project management, stakeholder management, dan mampu mengelola Senior SMEs.
Bukan role trainer, tetapi arsitek sistem dan kualitas produk training.
Kreatif, market-aware, dan passionate membangun produk baru dari nol.
