Job description for Research Analyst at AntzWorkz Consultants Pte. Ltd.

However, beyond one's excellent individual performance, it is extremely important that he/she can also be an effective team player. He/She must be able to work independently as well as with a team of marketing professionals to provide the latest market information and insights to address clients' ongoing and adhoc research and marketing needs.needs.
Functions:
- Manage marketing communications and branding efforts (corporate and for clients); this includes implementing and managing digital marketing on behalf of AntzWorkz and supporting clients' marketing efforts where relevant
- Possess good working knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing and related measurement tools to help drive marketing efficiency
- Strong written communication and design skills to produce strategic analyses and/or content based on evidence, of which it would be presented in an engaging and easy to understand format
- Innovate while being thoroughly grounded in analytical thinking and research techniques to drive new business focus and/or value add for clients
- Challenge status-quo when required to drive excellence in the business
- Produce outstanding results in all aspects of market research including problem definition, design, vendor and client management, data collection, data analysis, report writing and presentations
- Ability to create "magic" with Microsoft Office e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint is a must - having working knowledge of Adobe, SPSS or equivalent statistical analysis software would be great too
- Have the resourcefulness to manage multiple activities simultaneously and the confidence to manage large-scope projects
