We are looking for motivated, professional, and results-driven Remote Outbound Call Center Agents who are fluent in speaking Bahasa Indonesia to join our team.to join our team. In this role, you will make high-volume outbound calls to prosects, to introduce products or services, qualify leads, schedule appointments, follow up on inquiries, and help drive business growth.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment, and confident handling objections while maintaining a positive experience.
Main Job scope:
- Responsible for generating leads through outbound phone calls, social media and emails. Responsibilities & duties: Research, track, maintain and update leads.
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers using company-provided scripts and call guidelines
- Helps businesses bring in new leads and increase the number of people at the top of their sales funnel.
- Maintain strong customer engagement by building rapport, following up with leads, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Set appointments and transfer qualified leads to the relevant company sales team
- The marketers and salespeople on the team can then develop strategies to nurture those leads and bring them through the sales funnel, hopefully converting them into customers
Requirement:
- Strong proficiency in both spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia
- Has Experience working as a telemarketing agent / outbound calls
- Confident speaking over the phone
- Exhibit Strong persuasive skills
- Basic computer skills
- Able to work remotely with stable internet
