We are an Australian provider specializing in Aged Care, Disability Services, and Registered Training Organisation (RTO) programs. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to support our expanding team.
This is a long-term position for someone who is hardworking, organised, willing to learn, and interested in growing with our company.
About the Role (First 12 Months)
Your main duties will include:
• Daily Communication: Connect daily with the Sydney office via Google Meet and WhatsApp.
• RTO Administration: Assist with marking basic student assessments and preparing Google Meet class schedules.
• Document Management: Handle filing, organisation, and uploading documents to cloud systems.
• Data & Records: Manage data entry, update spreadsheets, and maintain accurate internal systems.
• Compliance & Finance: Check invoices, student records, and care compliance documents for accuracy.
• Team Support: Follow office procedures to assist our Sydney-based team with daily administrative tasks.
Future Growth Opportunity
After training and good performance, this role may grow into a Back Office Coordinator position with more responsibility and salary growth.
Requirements
• Basic English Skills: Basic reading and writing skills for internal communication and processing paperwork.
• Tech Literacy: Reliable internet, a capable computer, and familiarity with Google Workspace and WhatsApp.
• Core Traits: High attention to detail, honest, responsible, and a strong willingness to learn.
• Experience: Previous office/admin experience is preferred. Experience in healthcare, disability support, or RTO/education administration is a strong advantage.

Working Hours
• Flexible part-time initially (with opportunity for full-time long-term work).
• Must be available to communicate during Sydney business hours (AEST).
