Kualifikasi

Domisili Madiun (Wajib)
Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Rekruter/HR Recruitment minimal 1 tahun
Bersedia mengikuti training di Bogor (pusat) selama 1 minggu
Memiliki laptop pribadi dan koneksi internet yang stabil
Bersedia bekerja secara remote (WFH)
Mampu mencari kandidat melalui job portal, media sosial, networking, dan job fair
Bersedia menangani kebutuhan rekrutmen berbagai posisi (Marketing, HO, Gudang, Operasional, dll)
Terbiasa bekerja dengan target rekrutmen
Mampu bekerja secara mandiri dan mengatur waktu dengan baik
Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas apabila diperlukan untuk kegiatan rekrutmen atau job fair
Bersedia membantu kebutuhan rekrutmen area Jawa Timur maupun area lain sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan

Job Description

Melakukan sourcing kandidat melalui job portal, media sosial, database, networking, dan job fair
Melakukan screening CV dan wawancara awal kandidat
Menjadwalkan interview kandidat dengan user terkait
Melakukan follow-up kandidat hingga proses hiring
Mengikuti dan mewakili perusahaan dalam kegiatan job fair atau recruitment event
Membantu pencarian kandidat area Jawa Tengah untuk penempatan Bogor maupun area lain sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan
Berkoordinasi dengan tim HR dan user terkait kebutuhan tenaga kerja
Membuat laporan aktivitas dan progres rekrutmen secara berkala
