We're a fast-growing sunscreen brand on a mission to make sun protection part of daily life—fun, functional, and safe for every skin type under the sun. As we expand across Indonesia, we're looking for a Regulatory Affairs Officer to lead our product registration and compliance efforts with BPOM and other relevant agencies.

✨ What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage BPOM registration for new and existing skincare products in Indonesia.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations for labeling, claims, ingredients, and marketing materials.
- Prepare and submit dossiers and documentation required for product approvals.
- Track and respond to updates in local regulatory frameworks and advise internal teams proactively.
- Work closely with R&D, operations, and marketing to ensure new product development aligns with regulatory standards from day one.
- Maintain organized regulatory files and assist with audits or inspections as needed.
🌴 What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in regulatory affairs, preferably in the cosmetics, skincare, or personal care industry.
- Solid knowledge of BPOM regulations, product registration procedures, and documentation requirements in Indonesia.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple timelines.
- Strong communication skills—you can interpret regulations clearly for non-technical teams.
- Based in Tangerang (or willing to relocate)—this is a full-time, in-office role.
- Has an active STRA and Halal Supervisor Certificate.
