We're launching a new boutique Reformer Pilates studio in Orchard and are looking for passionate, reliable instructors who would like to grow with us from the beginning.
This is an opportunity to teach premium small-group Reformer Pilates classes, build a regular client following and take on recurring weekly teaching opportunities.

What we're looking for
Reformer Pilates instructor certification, or currently completing a recognised certification
Confident teaching beginners and clients of varying abilities
Clear and effective verbal cueing
Able to provide appropriate regressions and progressions
Strong awareness of safety, form and movement quality
Warm, engaging and attentive with clients
Professional, punctual and dependable
Recurring weekly availability preferred
Instructors able to teach consecutive sessions are especially welcome
What you'll do
Conduct safe, engaging small-group Reformer Pilates classes
Deliver classes according to Rebalance Pilates' class structure and teaching standards
Provide individual corrections and modifications where appropriate
Create a welcoming and professional client experience
Prepare reformers and teaching space before class
Assist with basic attendance and studio reset after your teaching block
