Job Description
- Recruitment: Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
- Performance management: creating and maintaining performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
- Employee Engagement: creating and maintaining employee engagement programs
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology
- 3+ years in recruitment. Especially in hiring sales & marketing
- Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset
- Adept to HR & business problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems
- Have working knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspaces
