Job Description:
- Contacting candidates for scheduled interview
- Make a calendar for interviews between recruiters and users
- Manage the database of candidates who enter the job portal
- Prepare the completeness of employee administrative data that will be offered
- Sorting CV for the specified position
- Doing follow-up related to interview time with users
- Update the recruitment data bank
- Conduct initial interview by telephone with the candidate
- Ensure that the candidate is present in the interview schedule
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree of Psychology, Management or Law
- Have experience as Recruiter
- Preferably have experience in IT industry
- Able to operate Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Placement in Office
- Understand BEI
