Job description for Recruitment Specialist at The Bakery Depot Pte Ltd
- The full cycle of recruitment includes building partnerships with department Managers to understand their hiring and business needs.
- Come up with sourcing strategies and research methods in attracting potential candidates through all kinds of recruitment platforms such as web sourcing, candidate referrals, social networking, etc.
- Come up with an attractive well-written and detailed job description to increase qualified candidates.
- Identify, screening, attract and secure top talent candidates.
- Negotiate offers and successfully close candidates.
- Manage full cycle of on boarding process which includes work pass processes and LOA preparation, etc.
- Play an active role in campus recruitment, job fairs, and recruitment action projects
- Vendor relationships management with recruitment agencies/search firms.
- Other administration which include recruitment reporting and advertising cost management.
- A degree from recognized institutions with at least 3 years of recruitment experience preferably in F&B or Food Retail
- Experience in handling the high volume of recruitment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff
- Broad knowledge and experience in employment laws and practices
- Meticulous and strong analytical skills
- Confident, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual
- Ablility to handle massive hiring in a fast pace environment.
- Able to handle stress.
