Job description for Recruitment Specalist and Administrative at Lawencon International
REQUIREMENTS:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions, especially back office and operational roles such as Finance, HR, Business Development, Administration, Sales, Agronomist, Livestock/Ternak, and other supporting functions.
- Achieve hiring targets based on timeline, quality, and manpower requirements.
- Handle full recruitment cycle including manpower request, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for operational and business support positions.
- Conduct candidate assessments and evaluate candidate suitability based on company needs and culture.
- Ensure recruitment administration and documentation are properly maintained and updated.
- Support other HR operational activities including employee administration, HR documentation, and general HR support.
- Collaborate with related departments to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of recruitment channels and propose improvements when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition, preferably handling multi-function recruitment.
- Experienced in recruiting back office positions such as Finance, HR, Business Development, Administration, Purchasing, and other support functions.
- Experienced in recruiting field and operational positions such as Sales, Agronomist, Livestock/Ternak, and related operational roles.
- Has experience supporting general HR and administrative activities.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, interview techniques, and candidate assessment.
- Comfortable working in a flat organization structure and able to coordinate directly with C-level management.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
