Job description for Recruitment Research Analyst at Private Equity Recruitment (per)

- We work with private equity funds that range from multinational financial services businesses to small boutiques across the DACH, UK, Europe, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East

- This is a unique opportunity for someone to join as a Research Analyst
- Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates to assess their suitability for the private equity industry and to each of the roles we are working on
- Produce shortlists of appropriate, screened candidates for our clients
- Produce and maintain quality candidate maps showcasing PER’s reach and depth of the candidate pool where we target candidates mainly located across the Asia Pacific, and to some extent US, UK and continental Europe as well
- Execute required tasks efficiently and to PER standards
- Work cooperatively with all colleagues
- Learn and maintain a good working knowledge of the Asian private equity industry
- Prior exposure to recruitment, or financial services a plus
- Enthusiasm for private equity and interest in assessing/analysing human interaction and communication
- Strong academics, with a good Bachelor’s degree or polytechnic degree as a minimum
- Impeccable telephone manner and communication skills
- Strong commitment to contacting and building relationships with candidates
- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- High standards with immaculate attention to detail
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to liaise with candidates. Additional Asian languages would be a plus
