Job description for RECRUITMENT OFFICER at Mitra Talent Service
- Design & implement recruitment strategy
- Prepare recruitment materials & post job to appropriate job board/social media/colleges
- Maintain end to end recruitment process of all roles within the assigned business unit/s to Ensure successful delivery of talent
- Pursue novel approaches to talent sourcing, including tapping both social media and technological tools that sharpen talent mapping and job matching
- Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open roles
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
- Screen, Shortlist and conduct interview for Staff Level.
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
- Create and maintain weekly recruitment and vacancy reports for management
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources or in Recruitment, ideally in a multinational company; e-commerce; outsourcing company experience an advantage
- Ability to use a good feature and search on Job portal
- Excellent speaking and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Able to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders and employees at every level of the organization
- Data driven person with strong analytics, Microsoft Office Excel savvy, and detail oriented.
