As we continue expanding into international markets, we're looking for a Recruitment Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Tech Recruitment while working on real hiring projects across Vietnam and APAC.
What You'll Do
- Source and engage tech talents through LinkedIn, GitHub, Facebook groups, and other platforms.
- Learn and apply Boolean Search and X-Ray Search techniques.
- Screen CVs and identify suitable candidates for open positions.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
- Update recruitment trackers, prepare recruitment reports, and support recruitment operations.
- Research the talent market and continuously improve recruitment processes.
Requirements
- Third/final-year students or fresh graduates from any major.
- Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and structured information.
- Curious about technology and eager to learn about software engineering roles.
- Available at least 4 days per week for 3–6 months.
No prior recruitment experience? That's okay! We value curiosity, learning agility, and a proactive mindset more than previous experience.

Working Information
- Location: Hybrid – 294–296 Truong Sa Street, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City
- Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Schedule: Full-time or minimum 4 days/week
