Job description for Recruitment Development Intern (Financial Services) at Prelit Advisory
Recruitment Development:
- Coordinating and conducting inital interviews with shortlisted candidates
- Managing job posting portals/channels - Glints, Telegram channels
- Conduct recruitment reach out calls via data from jobs and career portals
- Business planning in increasing number of associates in the team
- Organising and faciliating events to drive recruitment
- Faciliating in coming up with the training plan for new associates who joined
Work Arrangement
- Hybrid (2 times a week drop by office and the rest based on deliverables via remote)
Requirements:
- Min aged 21 and above
- Not on any scholarships/bonds
- Min "A" level or local diploma
Skills Required:
- Exceptional and effective verbal and communication skills
- Active listener and effective communicator
- Experience in building a go-to-market sales strategy
- Proven ability to execute and close business or recruitment deals
