Job description for Recruitment Consultant at Rpat Pte Ltd
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will report to the HR & Recruitment Manager and be fully involved in recruitment activities for external roles and assist recruitment events and workshops.
- Full cycle recruitment from sourcing for candidates to interviewing of candidates.
- Recommend suitable candidates to respective clients.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with candidates.
- Work with various partners for placement opportunities.
- Maintain recruitment database and systems.
- Participate in physical and virtual career fairs to attract job jobseekers.
- Provide career advisory services to job seekers.
- Assist in career development & training workshops for job seekers.
- Assist in any other duties as needed.
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in recruitment. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong interest in Recruitment, career advisory and employment landscape
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Interested in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Customer service-oriented, target driven and challenge seeking.
- Comfortable with recruitment targets and incentives/commissions
- Independent & proactive.
- CEI certification is a plus but those without will be sent for certification.
- Training & development opportunities provided to enhance recruitment & advisory skills.
