Job description for Recruitment & HR Operations Specialist at PT SUKSES LANCAR KONSULTANT
Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for the company’s accounting positions, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer communication, and onboarding follow-up.
Support client companies in recruiting Chinese-speaking employees, including understanding hiring needs, identifying suitable candidates, arranging interviews, and maintaining communication with clients and candidates.
Build and maintain recruitment channels in Indonesia, such as local job portals, social media, referrals, Chinese-speaking communities, recruitment agencies, and other talent networks.
Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates’ professional background, work experience, language ability, salary expectations, availability, and overall job fit.
Assist foreign employees and client companies with visa and stay permit matters in Indonesia, including coordination for VITAS, ITAS/KITAS, RPTKA, DKPTKA, and other related documents where applicable.
Support client companies in handling BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan / BPJamsostek registration, activation, employee data updates, and monthly contribution coordination.
Maintain recruitment records, employee documents, visa/BPJS files, and provide other HR operations and administrative support as assigned by the company
